Appointments

Evening and weekend appointments are in high demand. To ensure you get your preferred time, we recommend scheduling your next service before leaving the salon.

Cancellations

We understand that life happens! If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice so we have time to fill your appointment slot. If you miss an appointment without notice, a fee of 50% of the scheduled service will be required before booking your next appointment.

Punctuality

We do our best to accommodate late arrivals, but please be mindful that your stylist has other guests scheduled. If you arrive significantly late, we may need to reschedule your appointment to ensure all guests receive their reserved time.

Children

For safety and to maintain a relaxing atmosphere, children are only permitted in the salon if they are receiving a paid service. If this policy is not followed, your stylist may ask to reschedule your appointment.

Pricing & Returns

Service prices are subject to change. For the most current pricing, please check with your stylist or visit our website.

Your satisfaction is our top priority! If you’re unhappy with your service, please contact your stylist within one week so we can make any necessary adjustments. We do not offer refunds. If more than a week has passed, we cannot provide complimentary services.
